Track rollers are manufactured from 40Mn2, 40MnB, or 50Mn steel, selected based on specific operating conditions. These rollers undergo precision forging followed by normalization and full heat treatment, achieving:

Surface hardness of HRC 52-56
Hardened layer depth over 7-10mm (maintaining HRC 45 at core)
Exceptional durability with strong impact resistance
Superior surface wear resistance at contact points
